We love to BBQ!
The minute it feels warm, we unpack the gas barbeque or clean off the charcoal barbeque and plan the first BBQ of the year. The method of cooking on a BBQ is basic and brings us closer to the food. Would you like to learn how to cook on a BBQ and try some different and exciting recipes, so that you can impress your friends this summer?
This is a class that Paul Bellchambers created for an evening around the BBQ with up to 20 guests. Paul grew up in Africa and enjoyed many BBQS with steak, sausages, chicken and more, cooked on hot charcoals. He has experience of cooking and catering for many clients who wanted to enjoy a BBQ for summer parties. The recipes include vegetarian dishes, and a delicious dessert. Accompaniments are just as important as the key ingredient, so there are a few of those thrown in as well.
This is a great course and one that everyone should feel they can do. So why not have a go!
