Welcome to my Kitchen! I have been cooking for a long time and now having run my catering and food-related businesses for over ten years, I find myself rebuilding my business here on the Isle of Wight. Having moved house and settle here near Yarmouth we have spent six months getting our house the way we want it and also completely refurbished a holiday property!

My time is now spent working on a new business alongside my catering business. I have growing interest from clients here on the Isle of Wight and have catered for a few in the last month. I am now designing and creating my new venture, an online cookery school through this website. The Isle of Wight Cookery School is based on the experience I gained when I taught at and managed the Women’s Institute Cookery School at Deman College. I have a number of courses that I am designing to be delivered online through a learning management system alongside online cookery sessions delivered via Zoom or Teams.

I offer bespoke course/cookery sessions for companies and for private clients. The online courses will be accompanied by an ebook with all of the recipes, lists, hints and tips. The ebooks will be available from Amazon as well.
